Bad Blogger

I have been a horrible blogger. I am so bad at keeping up with this, hopefully with winter coming I will be able to keep up with it. The kids are growing like weeds. My camera battery is about to die, and my charger is in Kansas City, so I don't have any recent pics, but I will try a download what I have. Yesterday we went to Vala's Pumpkin Patch. It is so much fun. We have been going since I have been in high school. It is amazing how big it has gotten. If you haven't ever gone, you need to. Josie liked it almost more than Logan did. They each got to ride on a pony. Josie loved the horse, but every time Chris would sit her on it she would cry, so they just walked next to it. Logan loved the train. It was the first time he was able to ride on one. I'll try and get some pictures up here soon.

Streaker

This afternoon Logan escaped out the front door, took off his clothes and was going potty in the front yard. This is the second time this has happened. Life is such an adventure with a boy. Josie is starting to really figure things out. Chris said that he saw her trying to put a sock on her foot. It is so amazing how fast they learn things. She is also starting to take longer naps for me now. Yesterday she slept for about 3 ours and today she has been sleeping for 2 hours so far.

Last night we went to the grocery store and bought the kids chocolate cookies and birthday cake ice cream. The kids both loves sweets, but I can tell that Josie is going to be just like me in the sugar department, however one of Logan's new favorite saying is "Chocolate mommy". Hopefully I will get some pictures taken today so, I can post them. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Official Blogger

Well today is my first day as an official blogger. I have many friends that do this along with facebbook and my space. I haven't ever done this because I am not a good journaler ( I don't even know if that is a word). When we had to do any type of journaling in school I always hated it. So when my mom called today and said that I really needed to do this, I really was thinking I was going to hate it. Now I have a feeling that this is going to be very addicting. I figured this would be a great way for grandparents to read up on the kids and fam.

Yesterday Logan and Josephine started a new game and love it. They chase each other around the couch. Logan says "follow me baby" and she does. They have such a good time. They are so cute doing it. I have a video of it so I will post it whenever I figure out how to post. Josie got her first tooth on Thursday and is we think says uppa for puppy. Logan is going through the process of being potty trained and it is going quite well. Who knows, maybe Josie will be potty trained in the next couple of months as well and we will have no more diapers. I let him run around for a while with no diaper on and I have a fan running in the living room and he thought it was so funny to stand in front of that with nothing on. It made me laugh so hard. It is so amazing to see the kids grow up, but at the same time it makes me want to cry at how fast they are growing. Logan is talking so much and some of the things he says is so hilarious and he loves his baby sister so. Josie adores Logan and wants to follow him wherever he goes.
